Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow SPM Architect
to lead the design, implementation, and governance of
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. The role will be pivotal in driving
portfolio transformation, financial governance, and value realization
across IT and business investments.

The Architect will function as a
trusted advisor to client leadership (e.g., Ericsson stakeholders)
while ensuring alignment with Wipro’s
delivery frameworks,



integration standards, and managed services model
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Own the
end-to-end SPM solution architecture
across:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Cost Governance
- Agile & Hybrid Delivery models
- Define
future-state architecture and transformation roadmap
- Align ServiceNow SPM with
client enterprise architecture and Wipro’s reference models

2. Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as
primary interface for CXO/VP-level stakeholders
- Provide
strategic advisory on:
- Portfolio prioritization frameworks
- Investment optimization (CapEx vs OpEx)
- Demand-to-delivery lifecycle
- Lead
design workshops and value realization discussions

3. Implementation & Delivery Leadership
- Lead
end-to-end SPM implementation programs
within Wipro delivery governance
- Ensure
