Role Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The SDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and networking. This role includes researching target accounts, understanding customer needs, and presenting UniteCore’s solutions in data storage, security, cloud,



and office automation. The SDR will schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow up on marketing-generated leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, preparing basic proposals, updating sales reports, and contributing to pipeline growth and revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Prospecting and lead generation skills, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, customer-focused language.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as data storage and backup, data and network security, network/system integration, cloud solutions, data centers, and office automation.
