About the Role

VRTEKH (Vishnu Roopini Films) is a film production house building at the intersection of traditional storytelling and generative AI.

We are looking for someone who is exceptional at creating AI content generating high-quality AI images and videos and who will also edit those videos into finished, release-ready pieces. You'll be genuinely obsessed with using every AI platform available to produce films and online content, and skilled enough on a timeline to cut it all together professionally.

You'll create AI visuals and edit trailers, shorts, promos, social content and hybrid AI-generated films generating original AI content and stitching it together with live-action, VFX plates and audio into polished final videos.

What This Role Is Really About (Most Important)
- Generate top-quality AI visuals: Produce sharp, cinematic, consistent AI images and videos film-grade, not generic outputs.
- Edit the videos end-to-end: Take that AI-generated (and live-action) material and edit it into finished videos — assembling, cutting, pacing and finishing to a skilled standard.




- Master every AI platform: Be keen and fearless about using all possible AI tools — image, video, upscaling, relighting, lip-sync, voice — to create films and online content.
- Prompt like a pro: Write, refine and iterate prompts to get usable, consistent, high-quality results and troubleshoot when a tool fights back.
- Push creative limits: Constantly experiment to find what produces the best-looking, most original AI-generated content — and raise the bar every time.

What You'll Do
- Create & edit end-to-end: Generate AI content, then edit and finish trailers, shorts, promos, reels and long-form pieces from raw, AI-generated and live-action material.
- Edit for impact: Cut, sequence and pace footage; handle transitions, timing and story flow to keep every piece engaging start to finish.
