Roles and Responsibilities
- Read engineering drawings to create CNC programs using programming languages such as G-code, M-code, etc.
- Operate CNC machines (VMC) with proficiency in Fanuc control systems.
- Perform setting activities for CNC turning operations on lathes and VMCs.
- Ensure accurate machining processes by monitoring machine shop operations and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in CNC Programming or related field (CNC Machines, CNC Turning).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and creating CNC programs using various programming languages (G-code, M-code, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Fanuc control systems for operating CNC machines (VMC).
