Role Description
The Agent for Solar role is a full-time remote position focused on generating and closing solar sales opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential customers through phone, email, social media, and referrals; qualifying leads and understanding their energy needs; and explaining the benefits, costs,



and financing options for solar solutions in clear, accessible language. The agent will schedule and conduct virtual consultations, guide customers through proposals, and coordinate with installation partners or internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and staying current on solar products, incentives, and industry trends.
