In-Office, Kalyan Maharahstra, 3pm - 12 Mid-Night

We are looking for a strong QA Engineer who can handle both manual and automation testing across:
- Mobile applications built using React Native
- Backend APIs built on Node.js
- ERP / business applications

This role requires someone who can own quality end-to-end, including functional testing, automation, and performance testing for concurrent users.

1. Manual Testing (Core Foundation)
- Perform end-to-end functional testing (mobile + web + ERP)
- Validate business workflows (orders, users, reports, etc.)
- Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios
- Perform regression and UAT testing

2. Automation Testing (MANDATORY)
- Build and maintain automation test suites
- Automate:
- UI flows (mobile/web)
- API testing
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipeline

Tools expected:
- Selenium / Cypress (web)
- Appium (mobile)
- API automation tools

3. API Testing
- Test REST APIs using Postman / automation frameworks
- Validate request/response and error handling
- Verify data in PostgreSQL

4. Performance & Load Testing (CRITICAL)




- Simulate concurrent users (login, transactions, workflows)
- Identify bottlenecks in:
- APIs
- database
- mobile app behavior
- Work with developers to improve system performance

Tools preferred:
- k6
- Apache JMeter

5. Mobile App Testing
- Test Android & iOS apps
- Validate:
- performance
- crashes
- push notifications
- Experience testing apps built on React Native

6. Bug Tracking & Reporting
- Log detailed defects with reproducible steps
- Work closely with dev team for resolution
- Track defects to closure

7. Collaboration
- Work with frontend, backend, and cloud teams
- Participate in release planning and testing strategy

Required Skills

Core
- Robust manual testing experience
- Strong automation testing experience (mandatory)
- Experience in both mobile + web + API testing

Automation Tools

Experience with:
- Selenium / Cypress
- Appium
- API automation frameworks
