We're Hiring | Senior AWS DevOps Engineer (Cloud Migration & IaC)**

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Onsite Preferred)

**Remote:** Remote candidates will also be considered

What You'll Do

* Design and develop reusable **Terraform modules** for AWS infrastructure.

* Build and manage secure AWS environments using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**.

* Develop and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using GitHub Actions.

* Manage **HCP Terraform (Terraform Cloud)** workspaces and VCS-driven workflows.

* Implement secure secrets management with **HashiCorp Vault** and **AWS Secrets Manager**.

* Configure **AWS IAM**, **OIDC**, and federated identity for secure cloud access.

* Drive **DevSecOps** best practices, governance, compliance, and cloud security.

* Collaborate with engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout cloud migration projects.

Experience Required

* **13+ years** of IT experience

* **5+ years** of hands-on Terraform expertise

* Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, IAM, and cloud security

* Experience leading enterprise cloud migration and DevOps transformation initiatives

Nice to Have

* Sentinel Policies in HCP Terraform

* Infrastructure testing frameworks

* Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)

* AI-assisted development tools

* Enterprise-scale cloud migration experience
