Detailed Job Description :

To provide coordination and project support to the IT Applications team by following up with internal and external stakeholders, preparing presentations and reports, tracking project activities, and supporting the team in daily operational and project-related tasks.

Prepare presentations (PPTs), dashboards, MIS reports, and meeting materials for management review.

Assist in documentation of project requirements, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), status reports, and process documents.

Support project leads in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

Maintain trackers for ongoing projects, incidents, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in arranging meetings, recording discussion points, and tracking agreed action items.

Skill Sets Required:

Good communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,



Outlook).

Valuable analytical and documentation abilities.

Coordination with stakeholders.

Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.

Education Requirements :

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields).

Work Experience Requirements :

6 months – 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, IT support, or administrative coordination roles.

Experience working with IT projects, vendors, and business stakeholders will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
