Must-Have Skills
- *Delphi (Object Pascal)* – 6–8 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Delphi.
- *VCL (Visual Component Library)* – Solid expertise in Delphi VCL for Windows Desktop Application Development.
- *Windows Desktop Applications* – Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing desktop-based business applications.
- *Databases* – Strong experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- *SQL* – Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, and performance tuning.
- *REST APIs & Web Services* – Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
