About the Role

IIC Lakshya is looking for passionate and target-driven Career Counsellors to guide prospective students and parents in making informed career decisions. This is a pure sales and counselling role where you will engage with leads, qualify prospects, counsel students and parents, handle objections, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from assigned leads and understand their educational background, career aspirations, and requirements.
- Qualify leads by assessing eligibility, interest level, budget, and admission readiness.
- Counsel students and parents on Lakshya's programs, career opportunities, course curriculum, fee structure, scholarships, financing options, and admission process.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents through regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Address queries and objections confidently to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of every enquiry.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Update CRM with accurate lead status, counselling notes, follow-up schedules, and admission progress.
- Coordinate with the Career Development and Marketing teams for lead allocation and campaign follow-ups.
- Deliver an exceptional counselling experience and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the admission journey.
- Participate in admission campaigns, webinars, branch events, and student engagement activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA or Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 0–4 years of experience in Career Counselling, Admissions, Educational Sales, Inside Sales, Telec
