We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have started their career as a teacher and transitioned into operations or academic administration. This role requires someone who understands the educational ecosystem and can effectively coordinate teams, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with academic, sales, customer success, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of programs, projects, and organizational initiatives.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership.




- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement activities in collaboration with HR.
- Support management in strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of skilled experience, including experience as a teacher and subsequent experience in operations, academic coordination, school administration, or educational management.
- Strong understanding of educational processes and organizational operations.
