Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end test automation processes and frameworks to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
2. Build and maintain robust automation scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using advanced tools and methodologies.
3.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and operations to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
4. Improve QA processes by mentoring team members and driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality-first thinking.
5. Deliver effective reporting and analytics on automation efficiency, test coverage metrics, and overall software readiness.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with hands-on expertise in Automation testing and frameworks.
2. Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar automation technologies. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is highly advantageous.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# to develop automation frameworks.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
