Your key responsibilities
- Client service delivery/execution Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations. Build and maintain robust relationships with client personnel, ensuring quality client services. Conceptualize the overall solution for a given client problem and lead the engagement team to deliver client objectives Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes Review deliverables prepared by the team; Manage project, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services
