Support team to grow business by providing technical solutions Product benchmarking with an individual project or group task.
Provide technical support and service to customers during formulation development and validation.
Contribute to competitive analysis on the technology level.
New applications development for specified industry segments and validate the same with trials at customers end.
Proactively engaged in customer and distributor trainings.
Support RD with accurate feedback for New Product development.
Keep team apprised of on technological trends e.g. respective product technology.
Manage laboratory activities in an efficient, safe, and productive manner.
Assist to comply with the EHS norms within the technical center maintain documentation as per ISO requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities





Have experience and valuable knowledge of formulations for diverse application based on water based coatings.
Have knowledge of standard test methods for polymer emulsions in different applications.

Education + Experience

Post Graduate degree in science specifically Organic Chemistry or Bachelor of Chem. Engineering with a specialization in Polymer.Basic knowledge of Chemistry, Polymer science and Additives.
Exp 4-7 years experience in formulation-based industry (preferably related to polymer emulsion).
