Role Objective

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition, while providing hands-on exposure to Pre-boarding, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements across various business functions.
- Create and publish job postings on multiple job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

2. Pre-boarding & Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate all pre-boarding formalities with selected candidates.




- Follow up with candidates for submission of mandatory joining documents.
- Ensure completion of pre-boarding details in the HRMS before the date of joining.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and monitor its completion status.
- Maintain a checklist of all pre-joining documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience such IT asset allocation or any cross-functional induction.
- Assist in preparing joining kits, induction schedules, and onboarding documentation.
- Support the onboarding process, including Day-1 induction and joining formalities.

3. Recruitment Coordination & HR MIS
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers with the latest hiring status.
- Manage candidate databases and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
