About the Role

Pinakiin Designs is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-toend project execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in smooth in office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination skills, vendor management capabilities, and hands-on experience in handling commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

• Assist in managing end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams for seamless project delivery

• Support Project Managers in planning project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation





• Monitor site progress and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards Site Management

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, safety, and project progress

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability

• Assist in resolving site-level execution challenges and technical issues

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols at project sites Vendor & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, deliveries, and execution requirements

• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular project updates
