Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our Sales Process team. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products and services, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria

* Graduation is mandatory.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Salary

* Freshers: ₹22,000 take-home per month
* Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 take-home per month
Shift & Working Schedule

* 5 days working
* 2 rotational weekly offs
* 10.5-hour shifts
* Rotational shift
Training

* Paid training for 10–15 days
* Training stipend: ₹700 per day
Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers professionally over calls.




* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
* Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing offers.
* Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
* Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
