Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Nvara Media’s growth and marketing services. The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective clients, conduct discovery calls, present tailored proposals, and support contract negotiations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, staying informed about industry trends, and representing Nvara Media at relevant events or meetings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and understanding of marketing or growth-focused services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
