As a Process Transformation Lead - Procurement
- Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.




- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes, and leverage procurement best practices.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
- Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
- Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
