Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical and managerial interviews, and supporting offer negotiations. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining talent pipelines for digital marketing, development, and creative roles. The HR Recruiter will also handle recruitment-related documentation, maintain applicant tracking records, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting employer branding initiatives, campus outreach, and contributing to HR process improvements.
