Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contract Engineer Head with 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in high-rise residential and luxury residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, including tendering, contract administration, subcontractor management, commercial negotiations, cost control, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project execution.

The ideal candidate should possess robust commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of construction contracts, quantity surveying, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from pre-award to post-award.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contractor, subcontractor, vendor, and consultant agreements.
- Draft and evaluate tender documents, BOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and contract conditions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Billing, Estimation, Finance, Legal, and Site Teams.
- Evaluate techno-commercial bids and recommend suitable contractors.




- Ensure timely award of contracts based on project timelines.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance.
- Handle contract variations, amendments, deviations, extensions of time (EOT), escalation claims, and dispute resolutions.
- Review contractor bills, RA Bills, extra item approvals, and payment certifications.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by all stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of agreements, amendments, work orders, and correspondence.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with legal consultants regarding contractual matters and claims.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for major contracts.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, statutory regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
