Job Description:

Position Overview:



The OCM and Training position will focus on leading the people-side of an S/4HANA transition to ensure successful user adoption and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

OCM strategy: Develop and execute the end-to-end organizational change management strategy for the S/4HANA implementation.

Change impact and readiness: Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand and prepare the organization for change.

Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Training: Develop and execute training strategies and frameworks to enable end-users for the recent system and processes.

Stakeholder engagement: Partner with business leaders and users to build support, address resistance, and foster adoption throughout the transition.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to align change activities with the overall project plan.
