Role Description
The Production Supervisor (Specialty Chemicals) is a full time, on-site role based in Kota. This position oversees daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in specialty chemical manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines, managing production schedules, coordinating resources, and implementing production plans to meet output and efficiency targets. The role involves supervising and guiding production team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate production records and reports. The supervisor collaborates closely with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to support continuous improvement and smooth plant operations.

- Relevant experience in specialty chemicals or chemical manufacturing, with understanding of plant safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota, manage shifts when required, and respond to operational issues in real time.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic production reporting and documentation tools.
