Role Purpose

The Finance Manager/ accounts manager operations - will support the financial management of multiple projects.

Working closely with Project Managers, this role will monitor project budgets, track expenditure, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements, strengthen financial systems and support the smooth financial execution of projects.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with operations/ on grou teams, analysing financial process and improving within a non-profit environment.

Key Responsibilities





Project Budget Monitoring

* Monitor utilisation of project budgets across multiple projects and grants.

* Track expenditure against approved budgets and highlight over- or under-utilisation.

* Prepare monthly budget utilisation and variance reports.

* Analyse Year-on-Year (YoY) expenditure trends and identify financial risks.

* Support Project Managers with accounting requirement and budget tracking

Grants, CSR & Compliance

* Track utilisation of donor and CSR funds.

* Prepare donor financial reports, utilisation certificates and grant reconciliations.

* Coordinate statutory, donor and FCRA audits with CA

Finance Operations & Systems

* Maintain accurate accounting records in Zoho Books.

* Strengthen project-wise accounting, cost centre reporting and financial documentation.

* Develop effective systems for bill management, invoice tracking and approvals.
