Job Summary
Eyora Wearable is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the overall operations of the Eyewear & Premium Watches store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales experience, and knowledge of premium eyewear and luxury watches. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and deliver a premium shopping experience.
- Possess robust knowledge of premium eyewear, spectacle lenses, frames, sunglasses,



and luxury watch collections.
- Guide customers in selecting eyewear and premium watches based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Maintain knowledge of premium eyewear brands, watch brands, features, materials, designs, and latest trends.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, product availability, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare daily sales reports, monitor KPIs, and achieve monthly business targets.
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and store operational standards.

Eligibility
- Graduate (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in Eyewear, Luxury
