Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production, quality, and packing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Monitor manpower utilization and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and packing records.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper packing, material handling, and workplace housekeeping.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
