Business Development Executive – International Sales & Lead Generation

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent chance to work with international clients, learn modern sales strategies, and gain hands-on experience in software services, AI solutions, and digital business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads for software development and AI services.
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr Business, LinkedIn, Clutch, and GoodFirms.
- Prepare customized proposals and respond to client requirements.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Plan and manage email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.




- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Design digital advertisements, creatives, and landing pages.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and lead generation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare client proposals.

Preferred Knowledge
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist
- HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms
- Google Ads and Meta Ads

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong professional email writing skills.
- Internet research and lead generation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
