Role & responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, purchased parts, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain proper storage locations and material identification as per company standards.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO practices for inventory management.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent stock shortages.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems.
- Track stock movements and update warehouse documentation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.

Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as:
- Delivery Challans
- E-Way Bills
- Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Transport Documents




- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and loading of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for timely shipments.
- Track dispatched goods and ensure proof of delivery is obtained.

Material Handling
- Supervise loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure secure handling of automotive components and finished goods.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Maintain orderly storage to minimize damage and losses.

Compliance & Safety
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry quality standards.
- Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse.
- Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and storage practices.

Coordination
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams.
