QBay Careers is a fast-growing career consulting company dedicated to helping professionals achieve their international career goals. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers with performance reviews.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and workforce planning reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring and organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
