Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, property presentations, client follow-ups, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable EK Homes projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, collecting market feedback,



and preparing basic sales and performance reports. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective customer service, and ongoing training on products, processes, and market trends.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients and building long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide team members or channel partners on products and sales practices.
- Experience in real estate sales or property marketing in Chennai or similar markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple client interactions daily.
