Role Description
The Senior Planning Engineer will provide end-to-end planning and scheduling support for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring realistic and deliverable project programs. This full time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram involves developing baseline schedules, updating and monitoring progress, and preparing periodic progress and variance reports. The role includes coordinating with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to analyze critical paths,



identify risks and delays, and recommend corrective actions. The Senior Planning Engineer will also support cost and resource loading in schedules, participate in client and contractor meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
