*1)Handling Import Queries*
*2) Processing P.O of Imported Equipment (Pana/Other Supplier).*
*3) Processing Import/Export (shipment/LC) related documents*
*4) Coordinate vessel arrangement with forwarder.*
*5) Payment process of shipping line bills, CHA bills and transporter bills (Import and Export)*
*6) Preparation of shipping documents, custom clearance and follow-up for delivery (Import)*
*7) Preparing GIT detail of SMT M/c (Import)*
*8) Monitoring Inventory of SMT machines (Purchase and GIT)*
*9) Order status monitoring.*
*10) Co-ordination between inter Department as well external customers.*
*11) Order tracking via MIS report*
