About the Role

JanSoft Global is looking for a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our IT Consulting and Staffing business. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients by identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, understanding client requirements, and scheduling meetings for our leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activities and lead status.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Interest in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
