Role:
Provide technical support for desktops, printers, and related IT hardware. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Resolve hardware and basic software issues, document support activities, and assist users with transparent communication while following company IT procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and Windows OS
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Printer installation and maintenance skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple support requests
