Position Summary:

Japfa Comfeed India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our HR team at the Supa Plant, Ahmednagar. The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior HR and support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, recruitment coordination, attendance management, and administrative activities at the plant.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Support daily HR and administrative activities at the plant.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Generate and maintain HR reports and MIS as required.

Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate assessments.




- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist in recruitment drives for plant requirements.
- Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.

Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee communication.
- Help maintain a positive and productive work workplace.
- Support employee feedback and survey activities.

Compliance & Statutory Support
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers.
- Support compliance-related documentation under the guidance of Senior HR.
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower-related documentation.

Administration Support
- Assist in housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other employee facility coordination.
- Support visitor management and administrative record keeping.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or MSW (HR).
