Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the software architecture for Qt-based healthcare and medical device applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GUI applications using Qt Framework and Up-to-date C++.
- Lead end-to-end software architecture from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.
- Architect reusable software components and frameworks for multiple healthcare products.
- Drive system design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, system, QA, regulatory, and product teams.
- Ensure software complies with healthcare regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Define software coding standards, architecture guidelines,



and best practices.
- Lead performance optimization, memory management, and system reliability improvements.
- Mentor senior engineers and development teams on Qt architecture and software engineering practices.
- Participate in risk analysis, software verification, validation, and design documentation.
- Support product lifecycle activities including maintenance, feature enhancements, and defect resolution.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
