Position Summary
The Study Data Analyst is responsible for the strategic, contractual and relationship management activities with respect to outsourcing, preferred service suppliers and performance/resource monitoring within Data Science and Clinical Systems.
This role involves interaction with a team of performance and outsourcing experts to ensure that the resourcing model and performance monitoring tools are at the top of industry standards with respect to quality, performance, cost, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Support Sr. Director, Service Delivery in developing an outsourcing and performance management strategy, with a particular focus on the areas of Data Management and Clinical Systems.
- Conduct ongoing surveillance of services provided by CROs, Vendors and Suppliers.
- Liaise and network with customers within DS&M; and with Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments to discuss and identify outsourcing and performance opportunities which could meet the current or future business needs to ensure DS&M; outsourcing solutions and performance are best in class.
- Deliver quality outsourcing solutions to ensure DS&M; delivers its commitments in line with agreed expectations by building and maintaining relationships and performing governance management for CROs,
