Role Purpose

We are looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed, data-driven professional to lead Customer Lifecycle Management for Dish TV. The role will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value by reducing churn, increasing ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), improving customer engagement, and driving profitable growth across the subscriber base.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep customer understanding, leverages AI and analytics to make decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce customer churn and improve subscriber retention.
- Drive ARPU enhancement through upsell, cross-sell, pack migrations, content adoption and value-added services.
- Design personalized customer journeys using data, AI and marketing automation.
- Build customer segmentation models based on demographics, usage, value, behaviour and propensity.




- Identify revenue opportunities across urban and rural customer segments through differentiated lifecycle strategies.
- Lead targeted campaigns across digital, outbound calling, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, app notifications and partner channels.
- Develop predictive models for churn, ARPU uplift and customer propensity using AI and advanced analytics.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Technology, Digital, Finance and Field teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Monitor customer KPIs and continuously optimize interventions using A/B testing and experimentation.
- Build dashboards and management reports to track lifecycle performance and business impact.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in customer engagement, AI, personalization and subscription businesses.
