Role & responsibilities
- Install and commission industrial cleaning machines at customer locations.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints within the committed timeline.
- Conduct machine inspections and submit detailed service reports.
- Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Spare Parts departments for service requirements.
- Identify spare parts required and prepare service quotations when needed.
- Maintain service records, AMC schedules, and customer history.
- Support warranty claims and machine performance improvements.
- Travel to customer sites across India as required.




- Maintain skilled relationships with customers and ensure high service standards.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial machines.
- Understanding of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and automation will be an added advantage.
- MS Office (Excel, Word).
