This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement and Analytics Division for Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the local sales and and system integration units organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, preparing demanding offers, and providing technical support during the meeting.
- Prepare/support the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business unit/feeder factory indications, and sales organization directives.
Participate in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team.
- Analyse customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the sales organization.
- Perform lost proposal analysis, identify the potential causes, and recommend future actions in cooperation with the sales/local business unit to obtain better future results.
Qualification for the role :
- Deep knowledge of Analytical products and system design.
- Experience in product selection and configuration, quotation preparation, technical document compliance, vendor coordination, full-cost model calculation, and technical query clarification.
- Positive understanding of business types (products, services, projects).
- Experience in working in aninternational business environment.
- Knowledge of sales operations tools Salesforce Opportunity Management, Reports, and Dashboards.
