Job Description and Responsibilities:

You will have to ensure exceptional customer experiences while overseeing various aspects of daily cafe operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1) Customer Service: Interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Providing valuable insights and customer feedback to the management for continuous improvement.

2) Promotion and Up-sales: Actively promoting and upselling our diverse range of products to meet monthly sales targets and revenue projections.

3) Stock Management: Overseeing stock levels and inventory of our products and essential supplies. Ensuring timely requisition of materials to maintain seamless operations.

Eligibility criteria:-

1) Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English with exceptional verbal communication skills. The ability to engage with a diverse customer base effectively.

2) Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in any Hotel, Cafe, or Restaurant environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of F&B; operations and customer service.

Professional Appearance: A well-groomed and professional appearance is essential to represent the image of 7th Heaven positively.

4) Agility: Being adaptive to changing situations, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and managing time effectively.

5)Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
