The Short Version:

What this role is about: The E-commerce Centre of Excellence (Assistant Manager / Manager) is responsible for designing the e-commerce training that underpins Kraftshala’s marketing programs. You work with the top leaders of the e-commerce space in India, distill the most significant ideas, and figure out the best ways to train the marketing leaders of tomorrow.

Who we're looking for: Someone who has grown brands on e-commerce platforms — not just managed listings or run ad operations, but owned marketplace growth end-to-end. Amazon Ads experience is a must. Beyond that, we're looking for genuine curiosity, the ability to distill complex ideas for someone learning them for the first time, and a willingness to search for underlying truths.
