We provide complete thermal engineering solutions to industries across India and overseas.

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to strengthen our Karnataka operations.

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for industrial boilers and heating equipment in the Karnataka region.

The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge along with strong sales and negotiation skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development




- Identify new customers in assigned territory.
- Generate enquiries through direct customer visits.
- Develop new OEMs, Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Industrial Clients.
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management
- Visit industries regularly.
- Understand customer process requirements.
- Conduct technical discussions with plant engineers.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service team.

Technical Sales
- Recommend suitable:
- Steam Boilers
- Thermic Fluid Heaters
- Hot Water Generators
- Pollution Control Systems
- Fuel Feeding Systems
- Waste Heat Recovery Systems
- Prepare technical offers.
- Explain product advantages.
- Participate in technical meetings.

Quotation & Tender Handling
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Follow up quotations until orde
