About the role:
IndiaPicture has launched new AI-led visual products for its existing client base and has a strong Relationship Manager team (4 senior RMs, 8 manager-level RMs) taking the new stack to around 2,500 existing clients. Before scaling into large-scale marketing and new-customer acquisition, we need someone to learn from that rollout — which clients understand the product, what objections recur, which pitches work, and which clients can become case studies. This role turns that market feedback into GTM clarity. It sits between sales, product, client feedback and future marketing — and is deliberately not a social-media, SEO, PR or content-only role.

What you'll own:
- RM-led rollout support — track outreach (who was contacted, what was pitched, response), and build a segment-wise rollout tracker
- Client feedback & objection tracking — gather RM feedback, spot recurring objections, categorize by client type and theme, turn raw feedback into structured reports
- Product adoption tracking — track feature interest, identify early adopters and clients needing demos/training,



report adoption gaps
- Sales enablement — build pitch decks, one-pagers, WhatsApp scripts, email templates, objection-handling notes and FAQs for RMs
- GTM playbook — after 60–90 days, document what works and build a repeatable GTM playbook for broader rollout
- Marketing input — contribute case-study inputs, product communication and campaign insights (not full channel ownership)

Who we're looking for:
- 3–5 years' experience preferred (2 years minimum if exceptionally sharp and robust at presenting) — not a fit for 0–1 year candidates
- Background in B2B SaaS, martech/adtech, AI tools, workflow/CRM/sales-tech platforms, customer success, digital/creative agencies (client servicing, brand/campaign strategy), or media/platform sales
- A GTM mindset, not a channel mindset
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills; clear written English
- Comfort speaking with sales teams and clients
