Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of supervisors, associates, and warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
- Monitor workforce allocation and shift planning to maximize operational efficiency.
- Track daily KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily operational reports.




- Coordinate with transportation, inventory, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and shipment delays promptly.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment and resources.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
