- Perform quality control function to ensure accuracy of deliverables created for the client.
- Create checklists and playbooks for the review team based on client requirements.

Position 3: Associate - NDA Review

Experience: Law Graduate with 1-3 yrs exp

Role Responsibilities:
- Reviewing NDAs.
- Creating negotiation parameters or playbooks
- Handle negotiations.
- Project Management
