Role & responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes.
- Prepare process sheets, routing, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Select machining methods, cutting tools, fixtures, and process parameters.
- Improve cycle time, setup time, and manufacturing productivity.
- Support new product development and process validation.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process capability, machine utilization, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Solid understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing methods.
- Hands-on experience in process planning, tooling, and process improvement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
