We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Commercial Head
to lead our commercial strategy, drive business growth, and oversee the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales closures, commercial negotiations, and bid management, with experience working in leading organizations and contributing significantly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Drive commercial strategy to achieve the company's revenue and profitability objectives.
- Lead and execute high-value sales closures with enterprise and strategic customers.
- Own the end-to-end commercial closure process, including pricing, negotiations, contract structuring, and finalization.
- Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Operations to ensure seamless commercial execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company's market presence.
- Establish commercial governance, optimize deal structures, and mitigate commercial risks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop winning commercial strategies.
