Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Cognigy (Conversational AI) Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Cognigy.AI platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chatbot development, conversational flow design, API integrations, and NLP/NLU concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Cognigy.AI.
- Build and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants for enterprise applications.
- Develop conversational flows, intents, entities, and context management.
- Integrate Cognigy with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise applications.
- Customize Cognigy Flows, Nodes, Extensions, and Endpoints.
- Work with JavaScript/Node.js to build custom functionalities.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance chatbot performance.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cognigy.AI or similar Conversational AI platforms.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
- Experience with NLP/NLU, chatbot design, and conversational flow development.
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT Authentication, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Azure OpenAI.
- Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience integrating Cognigy with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Twilio, WhatsApp, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Amazon Connect.
