Role Description
The Sea Export Executive (Freight Forwarding) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end sea export operations, including booking shipments, coordinating with shipping lines, and arranging freight transportation.



The executive will prepare and verify export documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and monitor cargo movement until final delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams, overseas agents, and vendors to meet timelines, optimize costs, and support overall service quality in freight forwarding.

Qualifications
